Roberta Flack dies at

Roberta Flack, a Grammy-winning singer and one of the top recordings artists of the 1970s, passes away at age 88 on February 24, 2025. Her hits include “Killing Me Softly With His Song” and “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face.”

The singer struggled with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and died on her way to the hospital from cardiac arrest.
